CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY – Daniela’s Beautybox Your time is valuable, and so is mine! To ensure the best experience for all clients, I kindly ask that you review the following policy before booking your appointment. Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee of your scheduled service total. This fee helps cover the time that was set aside just for you and cannot be filled last-minute. No-Shows: If you do not show up to your appointment and do not notify me , After one no-show, you may be required to pay in full to book future appointments. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may have to adjust or cancel your service depending on the schedule. Late arrivals may be charged A $15 Late Fee Emergencies: I completely understand that life happens — emergencies, illness, or unavoidable circumstances will be taken into consideration.
